FAQ
Common questions.
If something here isn't covered, just call or text — we'd rather have a real conversation than make you guess.
How fast can I get a quote?
Tell us about your lot through the quote form and we get back to you the same day during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm). For most jobs we can give you a firm number same-day; for larger or more complex layouts we schedule a free site visit, usually within 48 hours. What affects the price?
The big drivers are the number of parking spaces, how many stencils you need (ADA symbols, arrows, fire-lane lettering), the current condition of the pavement, and whether it's a restripe over existing lines or a brand-new layout. We don't use a one-size calculator — every quote is scoped to your actual lot, with no hidden fees. Are you insured?
Yes — we carry general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request before the job. Property managers and HOAs, just ask. What areas do you serve?
We serve the Triangle metro: Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Garner, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Knightdale, Clayton. Outside that list? Call — we may still be able to help, especially for larger jobs. How should I prep my lot before you arrive?
Nothing required on your end — we sweep and clean as needed before painting. The most helpful thing you can do is let us know when the lot will be quiet (early morning, after-hours) so we can plan around your traffic. For larger jobs we coordinate cones and signage with you in advance.Do you handle ADA / handicap compliance?
Yes. We use federal-blue (15090) handicap symbols at the standard 39-inch or 48-inch size, place accessible spaces per ADA guidelines, and check ratios for total stall counts. If your lot needs an ADA refresh as part of a re-stripe, we'll flag what's missing in the quote. Will the paint cure properly in cold or wet weather?
Waterborne traffic paint cures best above ~50°F on a dry surface. In winter or after rain we either reschedule for the next dry warm window, or switch to a faster-set paint depending on the job. We won't paint in conditions where the lines won't hold — you're paying for crisp lines that last, not a paint job that peels in a week. What are your payment terms?
For most lots we invoice on completion with net-15 terms. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Larger or new-construction jobs may require a deposit — we'll spell out terms clearly in the quote before any work starts.
Ready for crisp lines?
Tell us about your lot — we'll get back to you same day with on-site quotes. No phone tag.
